About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Best Western Premier. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Activities
    • Lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
    • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet hotel standards.
  • Inspect and Maintain Hotel Facilities
    • Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure they meet health and safety standards.
    • Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the maintenance team.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments
    • Work closely with the front desk, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
    • Communicate with guests and staff to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures
    • Develop and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of staff and resources.
    • Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing hotel needs.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment
    • Hotel, motel, resort environment.
  • Physical Demands
    • Work under pressure.
    • Repetitive tasks.

    • Flexibility.
