Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to meet the needs of our guests.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, including front desk and housekeeping tasks.
- Prepare and submit reports on hotel performance and staff productivity.
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure high-quality results.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
