Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Best Western Premier. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our front desk, ensuring exceptional guest service, and leading a team of hotel clerks.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving guest complaints.
- Prepare and submit reports on hotel performance, guest feedback, and staff productivity.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, such as providing wheelchair accessibility or arranging for special requests.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
