About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Sun City Hotels Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Establish work schedules and procedures, and perform same duties as workers supervised.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Client Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Staff Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, as well as hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Supervision: Oversee a team of more than 20 people, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organized, and a team player.
