Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly dedicated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Gteck sales team in Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and upholding our commitment to ensuring the safety and security of our team members and guests alike.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company goals and vision
* Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue
* Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients
* Represent Kandor's business interests with meaningful attendance at industry events
* Manage the preparation and delivery of service quotes, responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs in a timely manner

Requirements:

* Proven experience with business development and relationship management
* In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite
* Undergraduate degree in a business discipline or a combination of education and experience
* Ability to organize daily workload in priority sequence
* Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
