About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Ontario Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
  • Develop and manage business plans, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Recruit and manage a team of business development professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
