About the Role:

As a Client Care Coordinator at Amplifon, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and empowering individuals to rediscover the emotions of sound. Your responsibilities will include guiding customers through their journey, managing scheduling and appointment confirmations, preparing Hearing Care Professionals for customer appointments, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized customer care and set expectations for clinic visits
  • Manage scheduling and appointment confirmations for new and existing customers
  • Prepare Hearing Care Professionals for customer appointments by communicating relevant customer information
  • Convert outbound and inbound calls into appointments and drive marketing campaigns
  • Maintain accurate customer database and create invoices for products and services rendered
  • Educate customers on Amplifon programs, products, and services and resolve customer inquiries
  • Maintain efficient clinic operations and collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and high-performing clinic culture

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma in business or medical administration preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a medical setting
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of the hearing aid industry preferred

Work Location:

This is a full-time, temporary contract opportunity working onsite in our Midland clinic.
