Job Title: Nurse Care Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide client care by utilizing the skills of observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching.
- Establish, monitor, and deliver nursing care to clients in a community setting as per the nursing care plan and in accordance with all required internal and external professional practice standards.
- Provide support and direction to unlicensed/unregistered employees involved in direct client care.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed/Registered Practical Nursing Program.
- Current registration with the provincial licensing body.
- Previous experience in the acute care sector, long-term care, or demonstrated clinical competencies.
- Positive interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
