Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations at beBee Professionals in Halifax.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and office documentation.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with ease.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other materials for management.
Requirements
