About the Role

The Pureland Health Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
    • Provide training and support to staff as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution
    • Identify and resolve conflict situations in a fair and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
