Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Director to spearhead the activities of the Revenue Department, creating and executing the strategic plans for marketing and sales. As a key member of our team, you will drive profitable revenue growth through enterprise selling and build and optimize our revenue team, process, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Set KPIs and sales targets and support your team in meeting quotas
  • Identify gaps in knowledge and approach and create ongoing sales training to meet these needs
  • Design and implement the team's strategy, ensuring alignment with the short and long-term goals of the organization
  • Design and roll out a proven sales process
  • Dive into the market needs and trends to update demand pricing and gross margin optimization
  • Create or update sales territories, developing prospective plans and approaches to expand our presence
Requirements
  • Expertise gained through building a career in B2B sales
  • Proven success leading and growing B2B sales teams
  • Ability to align sales initiatives with the organization's vision
  • Insights into what makes a great sales representative and how to align individual ambitions with the collective goals of the team and the organization
  • Ability to gain trust and build relationships at any level, navigating customer hesitance with creative solutions based on your insights into the product and the industry
