About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Process day-to-day transactions and manage customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with Scotiabank's products and services, sharing knowledge with customers to help them make informed financial decisions.
  • Contribute to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling sales opportunities, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Requirements
  • Proven customer service skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to promote digital and self-service banking options to customers.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
