Position Overview

Jump Recruitment Specialists is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the operations of our vibrant taproom at Ninepenny Brewing, a distinguished craft brewery known for its commitment to community and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Directly manage the taproom staff, ensuring that all operational tasks are executed efficiently and in accordance with established standards.
  • Financial Management: Oversee cash handling, credit transactions, and tip distribution, ensuring accuracy in deposits and balance management.
  • Staff Scheduling: Create and manage shift schedules for the taproom team, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, manage reordering processes, and ensure proper stocking of supplies.
  • Food Safety: Supervise food preparation activities, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster positive customer interactions and assist in planning and scheduling events to enhance the taproom experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our beer offerings, including their flavors, profiles, and ideal pairings.
  • Daily Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the taproom, providing necessary support, training, and resources to the team.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset focused on quality and productivity. Excellent customer service skills, including both interpersonal and technical capabilities, are essential. Previous management experience with demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills is required.
