Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Taproom General Manager to join our team at Jump Recruitment Specialists. As a Taproom General Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our taproom, including managing the taproom team, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the taproom, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer engagement.
  • Lead and develop the taproom team, providing training and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Ensure the taproom is always well-stocked and equipped with the necessary tools and resources to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, including promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business plans and strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage cash, credit, and tip transactions, including deposits, balances, and allocating tips to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety, employment, and liquor laws.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a taproom or hospitality management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Knowledge of beer and brewing, including beer styles, flavors, and pairings.
