Customer Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Business Development Manager to join our team at Acosta. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing sales revenue for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets for assigned customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer locations.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure continued growth and success.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales and marketing tools.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to travel regularly to customer locations.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
