Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Manager to join our team at Acosta. As a Customer Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing business plans, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer business plans to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including decision-makers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of six months of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to travel regularly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
