- Deliver exceptional customer service, handling communication between clients, therapists, and funders.
- Education: Degree or diploma from a post-secondary institution or minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-facing role.
- Experience: Interest in or exposure to the healthcare or personal mobility device industry, with experience in equipment sales or the sales process considered an asset.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and work with customers to find the best solutions.
- Flexibility and Organization: Deadline-driven, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Empathy and Respect: Empathetic and respectful, with the ability to navigate any situation in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating databases, with experience with Jobber and Navision an asset.
