We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at U-NEED-A-CAB. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Urban area work setting
  • Private sector employment
  • Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre or transportation experience
  • Database software, internet, MS Windows, and MS Word skills
  • Bondable and able to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, and repetitive tasks
  • Punctuality, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, and reliability
