About Us: Anishinabek Employment & Training Services is a leading organization dedicated to providing culturally relevant mental health services and supports for Anishinabek children and youth.

Salary: $29.26 - $38.18 per hour, 32.5 hours/week

About the Role: As a Clinical Lead, you will play a crucial role in providing quick access to address immediate or presenting issues for children and youth under the age of 18.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing treatment goals with clinical milestones and measurable outcomes for children and youth
  • Delivering multi-faceted culturally informed interventions to address cross-cultural, social, emotional, and/or trauma-related needs
  • Collaborating with families and other stakeholders to provide comprehensive support
  • Providing flexible and responsive services to meet the unique needs of each child and family

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Indigenous Learning, Social Work, or Psychology
  • Three years of experience working with Anishinabek children/youth/families
  • Three years of experience developing treatment goals with clinical milestones and measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated skills in planning and delivering culturally informed interventions
  • Valid Standard First Aid/CPR Certificate and Class 'G' Driver's License
