Senior Manager, DEI

This role represents a key opportunity to drive positive change and embed diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) throughout our business.

  • Evolving the DEI roadmap to envision a future state and propose solutions leveraging best practices, trends and insights.
  • Partnering with Human Resource peers to embed DEI through all aspects of our people strategy.
  • Participating in the Global DEI council and corporate DEI network.
  • Coordinating opportunities to celebrate and learn more about diversity to build fluency.
  • Building internal and external relationships to champion a culture of psychological safety.

This Senior Manager will be responsible for their personal safety and that of co-workers by observing all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of HR or other related experience with recent experience working in the area of DEI.
  • Demonstrable cross-cultural awareness.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or relevant experience.
  • Experience in developing, promoting, educating successful DEI strategic plans and processes across a diverse employee population to scale and for sustainability.
About the Role

We offer a comprehensive benefits plan, short-term incentive plan, and a Defined Contribution Pension Plan. A salary range is estimated at CAD $120,000 - CAD $180,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
