Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for defining and executing go-to-market strategies that drive business growth and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with our business objectives and product roadmap.
  • Product Launch and Adoption: Drive product adoption through education, enablement, and impactful integrated campaigns, ultimately driving revenue and stickiness for Float Financial Solutions Inc.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct thorough research and competitive analysis to inform our product marketing approach, understanding internal data, emerging industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Equip the sales and customer success teams with the necessary product-related content and training to effectively sell and drive adoption of Float Financial Solutions Inc.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 7+ years of product marketing or product management experience in B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • Customer-Obsessed: Take a detailed, customer-centric approach to product marketing, leveraging insights from the market and customers to connect our products to solving their problems.
  • Results-Driven: Set aggressive goals and have a reputation for working tenaciously to smash them, not letting anything get in your way.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Excel in working with teams across different domains, such as sales, product, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to product marketing.
  • Excellent Communication: Craft compelling narratives and persuasive arguments in a variety of formats, including memos, presentations, and reports.
