Role Overview: The Senior Product Marketing Manager is pivotal in advancing essential go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to enhance overall effectiveness.

This position acts as a vital link among product development, sales, marketing, customer relations, partnerships, and business growth teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influence go-to-market strategies by identifying market opportunities and shaping product direction.
  • Lead sales and go-to-market product training initiatives to support pipeline development and revenue generation.
  • Develop and deliver distinctive positioning, messaging, and buyer personas to create impactful content that communicates value throughout the buyer journey.
  • Conduct thorough market, customer, and competitive analysis to segment the market, derive buyer insights, and uncover new product opportunities.
  • Support marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales pipeline growth.
  • Assist field sales, customer success, and partner teams in acquiring new clients and deepening relationships with existing customers.
  • Provide thought leadership and innovative insights within the Sales Performance Management domain.
  • Foster relationship development through customer advocacy programs and corporate events.
  • Manage and execute cross-functional projects aligned with corporate objectives, ensuring clear goals and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Over ten years of experience in B2B technology, preferably within the sales performance management sector.
  • A minimum of five to seven years in product marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of developing go-to-market strategies and programs in enterprise technology or service sectors, demonstrating measurable revenue impact.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or engineering.
  • Strong ability to evaluate creative designs that resonate with target audiences.
  • Willingness to experiment with new strategies, test hypotheses, and establish KPIs to assess effectiveness.
  • Extensive experience in project planning and management for cross-functional, metrics-driven initiatives.
  • Ability to build relationships across various functions, including marketing, product management, engineering, sales, customer success, services, and operations.
  • Consensus-building leadership style, decisive decision-maker, and persuasive influencer.
  • Established connections with the analyst community and other industry influencers.
  • Capability to create and communicate project plans that align with organizational objectives.
