Marketing Automation Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team in Montreal.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing email marketing programs to drive business goals
  • Working closely with other Marketing Automation Specialists and internal stakeholders to launch, manage, and optimize email campaigns
  • Managing the email database to ensure compliance with GDPR, CASL, and other privacy regulations
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to define KPIs, create reporting, and analyze campaign performance

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing automation or email marketing
  • Hands-on experience creating and maintaining automation workflows and triggers with enterprise-level ESPs and CRMs (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce)
  • Ability to work in a flexible hybrid environment (3 days/week in the office)
