Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
  • Work closely with other Marketing Automation Specialists and internal stakeholders to launch, manage, and optimize email campaigns
  • Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and process optimization
  • Launch, develop, and manage operational and marketing messages for leads and existing customers on our website (in-app messages) using our chat software (Intercom)
  • Manage the email database to ensure compliance with GDPR, CASL, and other privacy regulations

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing automation or email marketing
  • Hands-on experience creating and maintaining automation workflows and triggers with enterprise-level ESPs and CRMs (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce)
