About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Automation Specialist to join our team at Software Defined Automation GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and supporting conversational bots to enhance customer experience in service channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement advanced technology solutions to integrate with our contact centers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data for business solutions and enhance model performance
  • Develop and maintain conversational bots using machine learning techniques
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or technical certificate in a relevant field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis and machine learning
  • Proficiency in data mining and machine learning techniques
  • Experience with conversational bots, speech analysis, and natural language understanding
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Familiarity with analytical tools and ability to work independently and collaboratively
