About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and evolving global marketing automation initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute campaigns to drive business goals, working closely with other Marketing Automation Specialists and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage email marketing programs, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, as well as process optimization.
  • Launch, develop, and manage operational and marketing messages for leads and existing customers on our website using our chat software (Intercom).
  • Oversee the management of our marketing automation tools.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define KPIs, create reporting, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CASL, and other privacy regulations by managing the email database.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing automation or email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience creating and maintaining automation workflows and triggers with enterprise-level ESPs and CRMs (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce).
