We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to meet the restaurant's budget and customer demands.
- Monitor revenues and labour costs to ensure profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all customers.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
