About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, including menu engineering, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements
