About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling labor costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience and are satisfied with their orders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Working Conditions

The restaurant is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. The role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.
