Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Pilot Company. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of our travel centers and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all areas of the store, including restrooms, showers, and common areas.
  • Perform general repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the store is in good working condition.
  • Wash, load, and unload towels for showers and restrooms.
  • Pick up and remove all trash and recyclables from the store.
  • Provide excellent guest service by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Requirements
  • Highly motivated and self-starting individual with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar position or related field.
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to perform basic repairs.
