Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Janitorial Supervisor to join our team at Landmark Building Maintenance Corporation. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that our staff are equipped to perform their duties to the highest standards.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to ensure that our facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
    • Monitor and control the use of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that they are used in a cost-effective and environmentally responsible manner.
  • Client Focus
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant experience in a supervisory or management role is essential.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Physical Demands
    • Physically demanding role requiring the ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies.
