We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Janitorial Supervisor to join our team at Landmark Building Maintenance Corporation. Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of janitorial staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Operations Coordination: Coordinate and schedule cleaning activities to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned to the required standard.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are being met and make recommendations for improvement.
- Supply Management: Manage the ordering and inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure that the team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a janitorial or cleaning operations role is required.
The successful candidate will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

The successful candidate will be required to work a regular schedule, with occasional overtime as required. The position will involve standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a fast-paced environment.
