Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team as a Winter Research Intern. This exciting opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in knowledge management and the chance to work with expert information and legal professionals.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and implementing knowledge sharing processes and tools used to support our national team of health and wellbeing advisors. Key responsibilities include working in a SharePoint environment, assisting with new site development and content migration, collaborating with the Aon Knowledge and Legal team to analyze current team sites and suggest improvements to navigation, hierarchy, and site structure.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of content management concepts
  • Interest in controlled vocabularies, classification, data mapping, taxonomies, and process improvement
  • Experience and interest in developing site maps, performing content audits, and structuring content
  • Proven understanding of user experience and knowledge organization principles
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint
  • Pursuing a Master's of Library and Information Science (or equivalent)
