About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Billing Advisor to join our team at BrokerLink Insurance in Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer payments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer payments, bank deposits, and account coding
  • Monitor and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and couriers
  • Ensure the EPIC system and company portals are updated consistently
  • Work collaboratively with the billing team to meet customer needs and resolve issues

Requirements:

  • High School and/or Post-Secondary Education
  • 2-5 years of experience in an office environment
  • Computer skills, including keyboarding and MS Office
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Exposure to Epic is an asset
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and credit check
