Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Creative and Production to lead our Production and Creative Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding creation, execution, delivery, and client services to our internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Production and Creative Services team to deliver high-quality creative and production deliverables
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver memorable experiences
  • Manage resources effectively to optimize workflow and meet project deadlines
  • Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement of creative services and production management
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive management/leadership experience
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience
  • 3-5 years of experience executing, developing, and delivering production elements for events
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience, ideally in an agency environment servicing complex client requirements or within entertainment/media production
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, clients, and vendors
