Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Processing Labourer to join our team at Highbury Canco. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient processing of food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain food processing equipment, including mixing and grinding machines
  • Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers, and remove filled containers from conveyors
  • Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers
  • Feed and unload processing machines, and check products and packaging for basic quality defects
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg
  • Reliability and strong work ethic
