Extraction Associate

The Extraction Associate is a key member of our production team, responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe execution of daily oil extraction tasks. This role involves the preparation, filtration, and dilution of oil extraction, as well as bottling, weighing, and labeling cannabis oil. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring the safety and productivity of all employees within the department.

• Ensure the safety and security of the department and facility during designated shift hours.
• Enforce all safety and processing procedures while maintaining a clean and safe workplace in accordance with production and quality SOPs.
• Produce and prepare cannabis oil products as necessary to meet daily production demands, including extraction, milling, decarboxylation, dilution, filtering, bottling, and inventory refinement.
• Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

• Minimum two years of production experience in a food or health product-related industry.
• Demonstrated experience in a production-oriented position.
• Completion of High School mandatory.
• Completion of post-secondary program preferred.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and safely lift up to 50lbs repeatedly.
• Must be able to wear/use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in an enclosed and secure work area.
