About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Nimpkish Hotel. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the dining area, kitchen, and surrounding areas.
    • Ensure that all equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
    • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure that all needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands
    • Physically demanding.
  • Language
    • English.
