Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Bayside Inn & Pub Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
    • Sanitize equipment and utensils according to health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Restock supplies and inventory as needed.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Availability
    • Available to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
