Insurance Learning and Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Acera Insurance. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in facilitating in-house learning for new and existing team members.
Key Responsibilities- Create and deliver training programs for Personal Insurance, catering to diverse learning styles and needs.
- Coordinate schedules and logistics for group training sessions, ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage group training sessions, adapting to the unique needs of each participant.
- Collaborate with Team Leads to ensure training needs are met, driving overall department success.
- Support the growth and development of the Personal Insurance department, fostering a culture of excellence.
- RIBO license, a mandatory requirement for this role.
- Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EPIC, and common Insurance carriers products/portals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Effective time management and multi-tasking skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
