Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Acera Insurance. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support the growth of our organization.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content.
  • Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
  • Assess training needs and develop strategies to improve employee knowledge and skills.
  • Work with management to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Requirements

  • RIBO license
  • Ability to travel and carry a valid driver's license
  • Knowledge/Advanced Skills of: Microsoft Office, EPIC and common Insurance carriers products/portals would be considered an asset
