Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial property/casualty and automobile marketing, with excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a supportive role when producers and/or associates take the lead on new and renewal business or policy changes.
- Provide marketing assistance with new business and renewals of medium to large commercial accounts.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with underwriters, producers, and associates.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of related experience in the insurance industry, preferably focused in property & casualty and/or commercial auto.
- Brokerage experience would be considered an asset.
- RIBO is required.
- CIP designation or CAIB, or working toward is an asset.
