Job Summary

The HR Coordinator – Global Mobility plays a pivotal role in supporting the Global Mobility team by coordinating logistical and administrative tasks related to employee relocations, ensuring compliance with immigration requirements. This role demands exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery & Operational Support: Assist the Global Mobility Lead with immigration and relocation operations, coordinate with third-party vendors for flights and accommodations, maintain accurate records, collect and manage essential immigration status documents, and maintain complete and accessible records for OTG's foreign employees.
  • Risk Management & Reporting: Track work permit expirations, prepare and provide regular and ad hoc reports on foreign workers, update records upon receiving renewal or permanent residency documentation, and ensure consistency by documenting and updating relevant processes.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, contribute to continuous learning and team development, and provide backup support to maintain operational continuity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in HR Management or related field.
  • Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional work ethic with a commitment to exceptional employee service.
  • Basic knowledge of Canadian work permits and immigration applications, or ability to learn quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of HR or global mobility experience.
  • Coursework in Relocation Services or Global Workforce Management.
