Business Operations Manager, Customer Service Center

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to lead our Customer Service Center team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic organization and contribute to the success of our business.
As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Center, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate the activities of the Customer Service Center team by organizing, planning, and controlling the optimal use of personal, material, and financial resources according to the budget.
- Manage the performance of team employees according to company policies, ensuring continuous training and compliance with customer experience standards.
- Ensure the quality of phone service by monitoring cost and productivity control according to the objectives of the customer service center.
- Supervise team members regularly to ensure they are meeting standards and achieving objectives.
- Identify issues, propose solutions, make changes, and recommend improvements to enhance the quality of service offered, the operations of the service center, or risk management.
- Participate in multidisciplinary committees relating to special projects and digital initiatives to plan strategic elements, ensure smooth deployment, forecast the impact of calls on the team, and optimize processes to control costs.
