Job Summary

Sabana Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Message Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our courier processing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, authorizing delivery routes, and overseeing the receiving, sorting, routing, and delivery of mail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
  • Authorize delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of mail
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve high performance standards
  • Oversee the receiving, sorting, routing, and delivery of mail to ensure prompt and secure delivery
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations to ensure continuity of service
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5 years or more of experience in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Working Conditions
