Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Cleaning Operations: Oversee the cleaning of residential and commercial client sites, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Supervise Staff: Train and supervise a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting the required standards.
  • Monitor Performance: Regularly monitor the performance of staff and provide feedback to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage Schedules: Manage the schedules of staff, ensuring that they are allocated to the correct tasks and that all client sites are covered.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure that all client sites are maintained to the highest quality standards, meeting the requirements of our clients.

Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, and post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and clean abstract.
