Job Title: Weekend Sr. Lead Hand

ServiceMaster Clean of Chatham, Windsor & Sarnia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Weekend Sr. Lead Hand to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing cleaning operations and staff assigned to commercial client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise cleaning operations to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff performance, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
