Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at 2549302 Alberta LTD.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared and presented.
- Develop and implement menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Language and Work Conditions- English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Term: Permanent.
