About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Tandoor N Flame Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our restaurant's unique flavors and cuisine, while ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Team Leadership

Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and that we are able to meet the demands of our guests.

Cleanliness and Safety

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and ensuring that our staff are aware of and comply with these standards.

Customer Service

Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, with a strong focus on presentation and quality

Personal Qualities

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment

Fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our guests

Physical Demands

Standing for extended periods, with frequent lifting and carrying of heavy loads

Work Schedule

36 to 44 hours per week, with occasional overtime required
