Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Edo Japan. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain efficient kitchen workflows to meet customer demand
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and manage food and supply ordering
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards are met
- Maintain accurate records of kitchen operations, including inventory, sales, and waste management
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen performance
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
